用于鋰電負極的穩定化金屬鋰粉技術進展

　　金屬鋰粉加入到鋰離子電池負極材料中，可以提供獨立鋰源，增強電池的能量密度，提高循環壽命。金屬鋰粉的這些性能已在日本信越化學、韓國SKC Power Tech等的研究中得到證明。

　　金屬鋰粉有兩種方式可以加入鋰電負極中。一種是在負極材料制漿的過程中加入;另一種是涂在已經預制好的負極極片上。但由于普通鋰粉在空氣中會自燃，因此不能作為商品出售。

　　FMC公司的穩定化鋰金屬粉末(SLMP)在干燥環境中性質穩定，因而可以安全地存儲和運輸。SLMP具有改進的穩定性和儲存壽命，可以應用于可充電電池的負極中。

　　By adding the lithium metal powder into the lithium-ion battery anode material, the independent of lithium source can be provided and the energy density as well as the cycle life of the battery can be improved. The features of lithium metal power have been proven by the studies of Japan’s Shin-Etsu Chemical, South Korea’s SKC the Power the Tech etc.

　　There are two ways for adding lithium metal powder into the lithium anode. First one is during the pulping process of anode material; second one is coated on the prepared anode piece.
