市場趨勢:
日本是中國鞋類產品第三大出口市場，近年來，中國鞋類產品對日本出口呈穩步增長趨勢。日本是鞋類消費大國，人均鞋消費量為3.5雙。日本制鞋企業不多，規模也很小，其消費市場鞋類產品主要依賴進口。
日本是我國鞋類的第三大出口市場。據日本海關統計，去年（目前）日本進口成品鞋5.7億雙，35億美元，比上一年分別增長了3.0%和5.8%。其中，從中國進口了5.2億雙，24.3億美元，占日本成品鞋進口總量的91.5%和69.3%，同比分別增長了3.7%和7.0%。
日本是世界第三大鞋類進口市場(中國香港地區除外)。與美國的鞋類進口幾乎完全自由化所不同的是，為了保護本國制鞋業，日本對進口鞋類實施關稅配額制度，也就是以關稅來限制進口量，超過配額部分的進口鞋，被刻意提高關稅，以控制進口量。

Japan  is China's third-largest export market for footwear, and exports of  Chinese footwear to Japan have been growing steadily in recent   years.Japan is shoe consumption big country, per capita shoe consumption  is 3.5 pairs.Japan's shoe industry is small and small, and its consumer  market is largely dependent on imports.
Japan is the third largest  export market for Chinese shoes.Japan imported 570 million pairs of  finished shoes last year, or $3.5 billion, up 3.0 percent and 5.8  percent, respectively, from the previous year, according to Japanese  customs.Of the total, 520 million pairs, or 2.43 billion us dollars,  were imported from China, accounting for 91.5 percent and 69.3 percent  of Japan's total shoe imports, up 3.7 percent and 7.0 percent  year-on-year, respectively.
Japan is the world's third largest  footwear import market (excluding Hong Kong, China).In contrast to the  near-total liberalization of U.S. footwear imports, Japan imposed a  tariff quota system on imports of footwear to protect its own  shoe-making industry, meaning that imports were limited by tariffs, and  imports exceeding the quota were deliberately raised to control imports.
